For Sale - 1968 Austin Healey Sprite
This car was purchased new on Jan. 12, 1969 by a TWA pilot and his wife in Parkville, MO. He used it for transportation to get him to the airport. In 1975, the fuel pump went out so the car was parked in the garage for the next 33 years waiting to see the light of day again. Finally this summer, I pulled it out and took it to my house. The car has 43,xxx actual miles, the 1975 Missouri tags, the IMPORTANT sticker on the speedometer, the factory sticker on the inside of the windshield, the factory tonneau cover in the bag and the bag labeled in chalk "Black US", original interior, original paint. Under the bonnet it looks exactly as it came from the factory. NOBODY has tampered with this car. I brought it here and put a fuel pump on it, changed the fuel lines, spark plugs, battery, belts, oil, oil filter. Added new fuel and hit the key. It started right up and immediately went to idle and just purred. The car has never been wrecked or repainted anywhere. There is an area of rust on the bottom of the drivers front fender and a spot on the drivers rocker just below the fender. Some chips in the paint here and there. A slight crease in the drivers rear quarter panel that would be an easy fix for a paintless dent guy. The carpet is worn a little ont the drivers side. All guages, lights, mechanicals are in working condition. I have put a total of 10 miles or so on it since bringing it back out. It will still start up with the flick of the key. I am asking $5000 for it. I know how rare it is in this condition. I can be reached at 816-520-2433 if you would like to talk about it.

Trade for M.G. - 1973 Series 3 Land Rover 88"
Looking to trade my 1973 Land Rover 88" for a like condition MGB or Midget. The Rover has a brand new Rovers North cylinder head, new battery, new distributer, newer complete exhaust, newer tires and parabolic springs and a weber carb. Body is very straight and frame has been patch welded. Runs very good, not restored but have won several peoples choice awards. I used to have MG's and would like to possibly trade for one. For Sale - 1979 MGB in excellent shape
1979 MGB. Russet exterior color. 34,600 miles. No rust. New top. Has original top cover in excellent condition. Garage kept. Paint, engine and interior in excellent condition. Manual choke. All smog equipment is there and works. Electrical is all good, including the clock. Has a new starter and Petronix ignition. Has the gold MGB stripe above the trim. Two things wrong that I know of. Antenna is broken and someone tried to close the trunk without releasing the lift causing a small bump. AM FM 8 track. New tires, wheels repainted, original Dunlop skinny whitewall spare. A few normal paint chips. Fluids have been changed, all mechanicals work. Car was sold new in Peoria, Illinois but has spent most of its life in Texas. Original owner’s manual. For Sale - 1959 MGA
Presented for sale is a 1959 MGA $13,500. This is a complete body off restoration project and is nearly complete. During the restoration I fitted the car with a 1973 1800cc MGB engine and fully synchronized 4 speed transmission. The engine runs strong. The frame was sandblasted to remove all old paint and rust. The suspension has been completely overhauled. The wiring harnesses are 100% new. The body was completely sand blasted, primed and painted with Dupont base coat clear coat. The interior refit is 95% complete. For reliability I have refitted the engine with a Webber Carb Kit and have upgraded the Distributor with electronics. The radiator is new. The engine runs great. Restoration items that remain: The instrumentation must be changed to match the engine and transmission (this requires a 1968 or earlier MGB Speedometer and Tachometer) The carpet for the engine tunnel rear carpets and spare tire cover have not been ccompleted, the complete carpet kit is with the car. New tires are needed; I was going to add the 2” whitewalls but did not get to it. I worked on this project for nearly 3 years and now must move on, I need the garage space. For Sale - 1963 MGB project in progress
1963 MGB project car. Motor has been rebuilt, but never installed. Floor pans and rocker panels have been replaced with new. Rear end has been gone through. Front end has been gone through. New brakes front and rear (rotors, calipers, pads, shoes, brake cylinders and pipes). Have a new brake master cylinder that has never been installed and a new clutch master that has never been installed. New grill, new front bumper. Factory aluminum hood, factory overdrive, factory wire wheels. Car is a rolling shell, but I have all of the parts. Need to sell car to help finance new house.
